when we are better
by Misty Dawn
I’m so excited to get to share a little about this amazing woman Tiffanie today, if amazing even comes close to describing how wonderfully inspiring she is.
Tiffanie’s passion is herself.
Tiffanie has learned, in time, that her mind matters.
that her heart & soul matter.
and that her body matters.
she has learned to love herself for exactly who she is.
and in doing so she has found her passion for others.
her new understanding of being all she could be has turned into a passion for helping others see the same within themselves.
she learned that it’s not as easy as one might think to look honestly in the mirror & ask yourself what you’re made for, what you’re capable of & then bravely live that out.
birds of a feather . . .
she now choses her influences more wisely.
what she allows in more wisely.
and she has seen the reward.
Tiffanie has lost 65 pounds!
and she is now a hard advocate for healthy living.
she is an orthopedic massage therapist, beachbody coach & arbonne representative. so if you’re looking for anyone in these areas,
I happen to know someone.
one of my absolute favorite things about Tiffanie is her honesty when talking with me about the not so fun side of starting your own business, & the struggles of being an encourager in a world that isn’t very comfortable with sincere love,
they’d prefer the surface level relationship, experience, body, you name it.
success in starting your own business doesn’t happen over night, nor do 65 pounds fall off without dedication & a plan.
I asked Tiffanie, “What’s the hardest business lesson you’ve learned so far?”
and what does she say?
“People will say no.”
if that ain’t the truth.
it still amazes me what we can without question give our time to,
and then what we question.
but the wisdom in her lesson . . .
“you can’t take it personally.”
Tifanie has learned that you’ve just got to know what you’re offering, present it boldly & then wait. the business will come in time, but not without perseverance, & not without a steadfast hope.
you’ve got to have those birds . . .
those encouragers around you, that support you, wait with you & believe in what you have to offer. those who admire your bravery.
through Tiffanie’s journey, she has learned to allow God to truly lead & pave her way. she is learning that He really does have plans for her . . .
and for you.
so when I say that her passion is herself,
you can see why that’s not such a bad thing after all.
is better when we are better.
doing things today
that impact tomorrow.
each moment matters.
Tiffanie is learning how to lighten her burden in life, & her passion is encouraging others to do the same.
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.”
today, & everyday, let’s lighten our burden by making each moment matter,
each & every decision.
and let’s not take it personally when others don’t.
